Grapevine: Pure Ciliegiolo

Year of planting: 1970 and 2004 clay soil elevation 100 mt, form of breeding in the form of arches planting sixth 2.45x85.

Vinification: Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 25 °C and maceration in the skins for ca 15-18 gg, aging in steel tanks.

Tasting notes: Ruby red color with violet hues. The nose is fine and elegant with fruity aromas, particularly cherry, as the wine matures it evolves toward aromas of morello cherry and wild berries
