Grapevine: Pure cabernet sauvignon

Year of planting: 2004-2011, loamy soil, elevation 100mt arch form of planting, planting spacing 2.40x80.

Vinification: Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature 26° and maceration in skins 22-26 days. Passage in wood 12-18 months and aging in bottle.

Tasting notes:Intense ruby color with purple hues. The palate is warm, broad and full-bodied with remarkable structure. Nose of red and dark-fleshed fruits such as blueberry plum and blackberry with hints of bell pepper.
