Year of planting: 2004, loamy soil, altitude 120 m, bow form of farming, planting spacing 2.40x90

Vinification: Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature 26°c and maceration in the skins for 20-25 days. Passage in wood 8-12 months and aging in bottle

Tasting notes: Medium-textured ruby red color. The nose is persistent and assertive with floral aromas, cherry with hints of black cherry and blackberry.
