Year of planting: respectively 2007, 2011, clay soils, bow form of planting sixth 80x2.40 altitude 120 mt for ciliegiolo and canaiolo 200 for sangiovese

Vinification: Fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand and left to macerate and ferment spontaneously at controlled temperature, aging: in steel tanks.
